As many as you want! You can play for some teams and manage and organise others – the functions you are allowed to carry out will change depending on the settings on the team.

As many events as you can organise! In practice, it’s likely you’ll only organise a few events in advance to avoid cluttering your schedule.

Using the ‘Assign Roles’ function from the Team Management section, you can make another team member an organiser – this lets them to do all the functions you would normally do as a team organiser.

Once you create a team on ArrangeMyGame, you can then either start creating events (such as games) for that team, or you can start inviting players to join the team.

To invite a player you simply need to enter their name and email address. We’ll send them an email to let them know that you have invited them to join, with details on how they can accept or declide your invitation. Once they have accepted, then they can view events for your team, declare their availability for events, create their own teams, communicate with their team mates, and much more!

Yep! When you setup an event for a team you can specify whether you are playing against someone or simply amongst yourselves. You can even allocate shirt colours to players if you want to split your group into subteams.

Yep! We have many different methods of contacting members of your team including email, text, Facebook and Twitter. You can either choose to create your own contact to your members or you can use one of the supplied templates and customise for your needs.

Yep! When you setup an event for a team you can specify whether you are playing against someone or simply amongst yourselves. You can even allocate shirt colours to players if you want to split your group into subteams.

Yep! ArrangeMyGame can be set up to automatically send reminders and messages to groups of members when an event is scheduled, amended, cancelled etc. You can also check on the web to view the current status of any event that involves you.

Yep – when an event is set up, a venue is associated with it, and all members of the team can see the details of it. You can choose from one of the preloaded venues or add your own venue, and it will be visible to the relevant members of your team. You can also list opponants you may be playing against.The same is also true of any opponents you may be playing.

Yep! We will keep track of costs for events, and because it tracks availability of members for each event you can easily determine who owes you subscriptions if you record any member payments into the system.

Of course – simply view the team history of events to view full details of the confirmed members at that time.

Yes – you can either send an email including the list of attending players or you can even include a teamsheet with all of the details of venue, map etc. This can also be automated to send a preset time beforehand.

Just sign in to ArrangeMyGame as a team leader and start putting in your team details!

You can add as much or as little information as you want. ArrangeMyGame will allow you to:

Yes, you can run as many teams as you like through ArrangeMyGame, all from a single log in and password! This means that you can view all your teams at the same time which will help you with arranging fixtures and selecting team players.

Click on the registration button on the ArrangeMyGame Website and fill in the registration form X

Once the initial registration is complete you are able to “CREATE TEAM” X or “EDIT PROFILE” X

We also send you an e-mail confirming your registration and asking you to verify your log in details X

In this section, you can:

Add further details such as picture, telephone, mobile, facebook, twitter X

Add your referee qualifications (multiple qualifications allowed) X

Set how you want to receive notifications and see date/time etc X

Use the New Team page to add details such as:

Team name

Sport

Age range

You can have as many players as you like. This means that you can add all potential players and substitutes to your team and then select the ones you need for matches.

Just set up a message and tick the players you want to invite. Then set up the message you want to send. Your players will receive the message and can reply with their availability. If details such as venue or time change all you need to do is send a follow up message. You can even use this section of the site for social events such as the end of season party.

When you set up an event such as a match you can set automatic reminders which will be e-mailed out to your players without you having to do anything else. This will be especially helpful for events such as weekly training reminders.

Arrange my game is for players, team officials and supporters. Each will see different levels of information that is right for them.

Yes. You can set people up with more than one team type.

• Invite your player by filling in their name, e-mail address and phone number
• Send them a message using the templates or your own text.
• Once they get the message they can accept or decline your invitation to join ArrangeMyGame. Assuming they accept they create their own password and you can contact them from then on. For more details on what options are available to your new player see Be In a Team.

1. Go to My Team, Show teams
2. Click on the team name, then view team players. This will bring up a list of players within that team, the ones who have accepted as well as the ones that have been invited but not yet responded
3. For those that have accepted you will see a + sign in the column headed Roles. Click on that sign and you can assign any combination of roles from:
1. Team Organiser
2. Team Player
3. Team Captain
4. Team Coach
5. Team Finances
6. Team Follower

1. Go to My Team, Show teams
2. Click on the team name, then view teamplayers. This will bring up a list ofplayers within that team, the ones who have accepted as well as the ones thathave been invited but not yet responded
3. In the Action column you will see a red X on a player icon. Click on the symbol and you will be given the option to remove the player.
4. The player will now be removed from the team. They will still have their log into Arrange My Game so that they can participate via other teams that they maybe in.

1. Invite the player to the new team
2. If the player won’t be selected for the old team in future then delete them, otherwise leave them in the old team to select if necessary.

1. Click My teams, show teams. This will bring up a list of teams that you run. Pick the team that you want to create the event for.
2. Click the create event icon. This brings up the initial event screen.
3. Complete the event details
1. Name of event
2. Type of event
3. Date & Time
4. Venue
5. Notes
4. Complete the notification form. This will tell ArrangeMyGame how you want your players to be notified and when.
5. Complete the Cost form. This will tell the finance area of the site that funds are expected.
6. Complete the repeat event form if the event is to be a regular occurrence.

Once you have set your event details you can notify players.
1. Click my events, show events, click on the event
2. You then have the option to send the notification to the following. For a first notification we recommend you select All:
1. All
2. Undecided
3. Declined
4. Accepted
3. You can then create your own message or select from one of our standard messages. At this stage, even if you have selected “All” you have the option to unselect some players so for example if you know someone will be on holiday you can unselect them from the notification.
4. Once the message has been sent the players will log in and confirm their availability as accepting or not available.

1. When you set up an event you can set automated event reminders at the same time. Messages are sent in the same way as for notifying an event.
2. You can also send a reminder of further information at any time by clicking on the event and the notifications box.

1. To change the fixture details yousimply click on the event and change the details or click the cancel box.
2. You then have the option to notify the changes in the same way that you notify the event

Accept the invitation and then create a log in password to ArrangeMyGame for yourself. You will then be able to see your team or teams, receive messages and set your preferences.

ArrangeMyGame won’t charge you anything to be ina team? All you have to pay is your normal team fees to your club, if any.

Yes, you can be in as many teams as you like and for more than one club or sport. ArrangeMyGame lets you view all your fixtures from a single log in so that you can see potential clashes and manage your sporting diary.

Click on the invitation where indicated and you will be taken to a screen asking for a password. Simply create and enter a password and you are in to the site.

Once you have accepted your team invitation you will receive information from your team manager. Sometimes this will just be information which requires no action. At other times the notification will be for training or matches and need an availability response from you. When these arrive you simply:
1. Log in to ArrangeMyGame
2. Select the appropriate event
3. Click to confirm availability or decline the invitation. The ? box first changes to a tick and then on a second click turns to cross.

To view your events simply log into ArrangeMyGame and click on the my events, show events box. This will list all your events and you can click on each one to see full information.
